Below is the template for your proxy to other domains. You need to send this to the VST of the place your character is going as well as to your own VST in order to be offically out of the domain.
Be sure to involve aNST: Proxy if going interstate/internationally as well as the supervising VST/DSTs.

Below are the details of my proxy for the character (CHARACTER). If you have any questions you can contact me at: (PHONE NUMBER) after (TIMES OF DAY) GMT OR by email (YOUR EMAIL) any other time. Other arrangements, as necessary can be discussed. My ST information and all vitals should be below. If something is missing feel free to contact me.

o ----- Proxy request should be accompanied by a full character sheet and exp log from the local ST of the visiting character. Documentation of any special approvals should also be sent.
(You should attach your normal sheet, exp log, and approval numbers to the email you send. Please make sure it doesn't need any odd or non-standard software to open!)
o ----- Detail the character's personality, behavior and psychological makeup should be provided to allow local STs to make judgment calls on the proxy's behalf should they arise.
(This section is VERY important for the ST if they need to play your character for any reason so, for you own protection, detail out a great deal about your pc. Be specific. Give examples if needed.)
o ----- A brief paragraph or two outlining the purpose, goals and methods of the proxy is also required.
(This let's the ST know what you're here trying to do. This section might be large detailing out goals you want to accomplish or simply "I'm here to see bob about ..." The more you share with the ST the better.)
o ----- A brief paragraph or two outlining the tactics, contingencies and any other relevant details the proxy plans to employ on their visit in order to accomplish their goals or deal with unexpected complications (capture, combat, misc. encounters).
(This should be pretty easy to understand. Not everyone spends their blood in the same way, for example,every combat but if you have a trick you always use, here's a good place to tell the ST about that.)

(Set out here what order of importance things will take for you such as 1 Stopping the Pure, 2 Saving lives of Friends, 3 Avoiding the Herd; so if tough choices come down the line the ST knows which you would have likely picked to deal with in what order)
