Predator's Taint
From CamMelbourne
Predator's Taint
The system for Predator's Taint used by Melbourne is designed to allow for an easy method of comparison of Beasts of different PCs that doesn't require the players to break character to do it.
As such we use a dot system similar to that used in Perth. They should be shown prominantly on the costum, or preferably on the name badge. The starting dots are:
Black dot - no beast shown (ghoul or Obfuscate)
Blue dot - Protean reflecting the observer's beast back at them
Green dot - Blood Potency 1 or 2
Yellow dot - Blood Potency 3 to 5
One Red dot - Blood Potency 6 or 7
Two Red dots - Blood Potency 8 or 9
Three Red dots - Blood Potency 10
There are also modifiers that increase or decrease the percieved threat rating of the Beast.
Humanity 1 - +3
Humanity 2 or 3 - +2
Humanity 4 or 5 - +1
Humanity 8 - -1
Humanity 9 - -2
Humanity 10 - -3
Presence 1 - -1
Presence 6+ - +1
Hungry (3 blood or less) - +1
Full blood pool - -1
