It is obvious to all that there is a strong link between Jebediah (or "Doc" as he is also known) and Ezekial despite them being from both different clans and different covenants. Those that listen have heard Jebediah refer to Ezekial as both his cousin and his brother, which becomes all the more complicated when you include Frankie, an alternate personality of Ezekials. He is married to another Ventrue of the Ordo Dracul called Sarah Perkins. She also speaks with a like accent.

If you gave his head a slight tap you would be an echoing sound from his ears (I guess thats why he married Sarah). I wonder if his mouth runs off Windows Vista.
