Information Known by Awakened Society

Flux is someone who is really only just coming into Awakened society, despite having been awakened a decade now. She has been an active member of the Mysterium for the last 5 years, procurring magical objects, as well as historical texts for her order from around the globe. It is not unknown for her to walk into a village in the middle of a mountain range in South America, and to have half the people greet her like family.

Flux is one of those mages, like many, that has a little trouble hiding her mortal life away from her awakened life. A well known Linguist and Archaeologist, the term 'Tomb Raider' has been coined at her more than once. She runs only in certain circles, but within those circles, the name Liselle Hart is well known, often giggled about, or said with a certain amount of contempt.

Flux is CONSTANTLY asked if she is a Libertine. Apparently, to those who speak with her, she has the idealogy of one. And being good with just about any piece of tech, most people assume she is far too jacked-in to be a Mystagogue. But if you ask her about it, she will explain her choice in Shadow Name to you.

Flux first showed up to people outside of the Mysterium in Sydney, only a few short months ago. She loudly exclaimed she wasn't staying long, but in the brief time she was there, she seemed to have some very loud disagreements with the Obrimos Councillor, Hanus Ruze, about his anti-Antlantean sentiments. Despite this, she seems to get along with Rosethorn quite well.

Flux seems to struggle a little in most social situations, something people who know her attribute to her spending more time in dusty dig sites, or wrapped up in a computer, than around real people. She never shakes hands, generally just staring at the appendage when it is offered to her. She is blunt, often to the point of rudeness, and is generally without tact.

Flux has just shown up in Melbourne. Her first day around other Mages, she got involved in the skirmish at Southern Cross station. It was here that people saw her fight. And by fight, she grabbed a caving pick out of her jeep, and swung it with more success than most mages swing a sword. Obviously she knows how to take care of herself.

• Alot of people mistake Flux for a Libertine. This is because she really is a Libertine, but has used mind magic to make people believe her when she says she is a Mystagogue.

• There is a reason Flux doesn't shake hands with anyone. No one is quite sure what it is though.

• There is something not quite right about a girl who can use a caving pick like a weapon.
